Tail Gunner For Mac
Man the tail gun in this WWII action/arcade shooter! Use your phone's gyroscope or touchscreen to aim your guns, and touch either red button to open fire. Rack your twin.50-cals to defend your bomber against the ever-growing waves of Axis fighters.
Me-109s, FW-190s, Bf-110s, Me-262s; whatever the Axis can throw at you. You only get 5.
Once 5 enemy fighters make it past your defenses, it's game over for you and your flight crew. As in unlimited, you'll never run out! Just keep an eye on how hot your guns are; if they overheat, the enemy won't wait for them to cool down before swooping in for the kill.
This game is graphically demanding, which means it will gleefully eat your battery. Don't play if you're without a charger and waiting for that call from the hospital to let you know your new kidney has arrived. If you're aiming using your gyroscope and it drifts out of alignment (or you want to face a different direction), just point your phone at where the 'center' should be and hit the Align button at bottom left. Fixed bug where gyro cam wouldn’t center on startup when Continuing a game. Improved performance (reduced graphics quality) on lower-end hardware.
Slowed down V1 drones by 20%. Campaign mode: Halved the rate at which difficulty increases after wave 50. Campaign mode: Capped difficulty at wave 77; never gets any harder after that. For new installs, default to Gyro aiming if gyroscope is detected. Fixed (I think.?) occasional bug where gyro aiming would freeze on second game.
1.3.0 Oct 15, 2017. 1.2.13:. Added five new powerups (in addition to the existing Flak Attack). Added a “Campaign” mode, where you earn War Bonds for kills.

Spend the War Bonds on powerups that will help you progress. Current game is now called “Arcade Mode”, and unlocks a new powerup every 4 waves. In Arcade mode, you get one usage of each powerup per wave. In Campaign mode, you can only use a powerup once, but you can have as many of them as you like.
Once you die, your Arcade game is over, but you can keep retrying a Campaign wave. Added “Exit” button to main menu. Added acceleration to Touch aiming: Now smoother and more accurate for small adjustments. Reduced difficulty ramp. Decreased gun heat rate by 20%. Increased bullet travel speed.

As far as my experience goes the repeated asking to rate only happens when you get a new device, or have to reset your device or uninstall and reinstall the game for some reason. Game is great don’t change a thing, I bought the no add version some 4 devices ago, I add it to each one and get my no add version each time no problem. I thought to ask for gun upgrades and then thought no, this game has a progression of difficulty that’s awesome and you would have to change that probably. So I thought how about a Tail Gun Charlie 2? What do you say mr.

I have limited free time and I don’t want to spend it shopping. I don’t want to worry about finances when I’m trying to relax. I really enjoy playing it and would be happy to pay $10 for it, but no option exists to buy the game. I’m really bummed about that.
Really nice game though, good graphics and physics and sound. I’ve rated it already and it keeps asking me to rate.
I oblige but knock off star each time. Not sure what the point is. My settings say no rating nags.

Developer Response, Thanks for the feedback! The game should only ask for a rating once (the fifth time you launch it). I'll investigate. If you're looking for a permanent buy option, you can buy the 'No ads' feature to always get one shield restored per wave. Other than that, there are NO freemium features in the game, you can get everything for free.
