As far as I am aware the Mac Pro 2010 model does not have an ATA interface at all, both the standard hard drive bays and the optical bays are SATA interfaces. With regards to 'Marvell' this is a commonly used chipset for SATA cards and I have needed to install a driver for a PCI SATA card to let Windows in Boot Camp correctly see and use it. Do you have any PCI cards fitted to your Mac?
Perhaps an eSATA card, or a PCI to SATA adapter for an SSD, or even a PCI SATA RAID controller? If so it maybe you need to install the driver for that card. (Like I did.) If you don't have a PCI card that might account for this then normally Windows should either auto-detect and install any needed drivers or the Apple Boot Camp driver installer package should take care of things.
